You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or return.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Size exchanges are processed within 5–10 working days from when we receive the item back. Return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit or as a full cash refund via bank transfer, depending on your preference.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account once approved.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 336 677 7744 within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review and process a full refund or replacement upon approval.

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for size exchange only.
